Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, uploading documents, purchasing credits, or using Life Inbox AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Life Inbox AI is intended for adults managing household documents. You are responsible for making sure your use of the app complies with laws that apply to you.
The Life Inbox AI service
Life Inbox AI helps you capture, organize, search, and review personal documents such as bills, receipts, letters, warranties, invoices, statements, and tax records.
The app may include document upload, AI extraction, review workflows, search, priority actions, billing and credit management, storage controls, and account deletion tools.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Authentication is handled through a dedicated identity provider, and you should use accurate account information.

Your documents and content
You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. By uploading documents, you give Life Inbox AI permission to store, process, analyze, and display them as needed to provide the service.
You should only upload documents you have the right to store and process. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or documents that violate another person's rights.
AI extraction and review
AI extraction is designed to save time by identifying useful fields such as vendor, sender, amount, tax amount, currency, dates, category, document type, summary, action reason, and review warnings.
AI results can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing extracted details before relying on them or saving them to your vault.
Billing, subscriptions, and credits
AI extraction uses credits at a simple rate: 1 page uses 1 AI credit. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle. Top-up credits carry over and never expire unless your account is deleted or the service is discontinued.
Subscriptions and credit purchases are handled through the app using RevenueCat with the Apple App Store and Google Play. Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes may be subject to the policies of those platforms.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse Life Inbox AI or interfere with the service.
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, documents, or data.
- Do not reverse engineer protected systems or submit malicious files.
- Do not use the app for unlawful activity or to violate another person's rights.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being abused or used in a way that creates risk for Life Inbox AI, other users, or service providers.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep Life Inbox AI reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable from time to time. Features may change as the app improves.
We may update, add, remove, pause, or discontinue parts of the service where necessary for product, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Important disclaimers
Life Inbox AI helps organize documents. It does not provide tax, legal, accounting, financial, insurance, medical, or professional advice.
You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on documents, extracted fields, tax packets, summaries, due dates, or recommendations shown in the app.
Account deletion and termination
You can delete individual documents or request full account deletion through the app. You may also contact us at hello@lifeinbox.app.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates security, operational, or legal risk.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the Last updated date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or on the website.
Your continued use of Life Inbox AI after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
